Molly is a qualified financial planner, with five years' previous experience in wealth management which she gained before joining the Tarran & Co team. She has a passion for independent financial advice and an unwavering commitment to helping clients make informed, confident decisions about their financial future. Molly has recently completed her STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estate Planning and is now working towards Chartered status, demonstrating her commitment to continually developing her expertise for the benefit of her clients.

Ian is an experienced protection adviser and has worked in financial services for over 20 years. He has also successfully completed his certificate in mortgage advice. Ian works with both our private and corporate clients to ensure that their finances, businesses and families are adequately protected.

Kelly has worked with Tarran & Co from the beginning and has over 11 years experience in the financial services industry. As well as being a fully qualified paraplanner, Kelly is also our Operations Manager and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service to our clients.

Tia joined us when she completed her A levels, where she excelled with her grades. Tia completed an apprenticeship with us, and has recently passed her CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning to become a fully qualified Paraplanner, a great achievement which is the result of years of dedication, determination and countless hours of study alongside her day-to-day role. Tia is in regular contact with our clients, organising meetings and documentation, and she specialises in assisting Christine with any protection policies. Tia is also Christine’s youngest daughter.

Anmol graduated from Warwick University with a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy before moving back to Darlington and joining Tarran & Co as a Trainee Paraplanner. Anmol has recently achieved his CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with his main role now as a paraplanner, but is also working towards becoming a Protection Adviser. This is a testament to the hard work, commitment and determination Anmol has shown throughout his studies, and to the work he does for our clients.

Helen plays a big part in keeping the Tarran & Co offices running smoothly. She has previous experience working in a variety of countries throughout her career as a PA and Business Support Assistant, gaining a wide range of experience in diverse environments. She holds a range of qualifications, mainly in Business Administration and HR.

Katherine joined us to work on all things marketing to support our business, and our client experience. She began her career in financial services over 20 years ago in Scotland, having previously worked with some of the big provider firms in Edinburgh.
